Adding feedcontent.ntf fixes problem.

I had the same issue (with missing feedcontent.ntf) and borrowed a copy of said template, dropped it into the data directory and restarted Notes. The localfeedcontent.nsf was created automatically and now when I add feeds, they behave as expected (ie I see them). In case others cannot locate a copy of feedcontent.ntf I have attached here
